Is CheapHostIndia only for customers in India?
Yes. We sell hosting to India-based customers and price everything in Indian rupees. If you are not in India, this is not the right host.
Can I buy a plan online right now?
Not yet. There is no live checkout on this site. Choose a plan, send the contact form, and we will confirm the account and payment details with you directly.
What does yearly billing actually cost?
Yearly prices are 10× monthly: Starter ₹490, Business ₹690, Pro ₹990. That is two months included versus paying month to month.
What is on every plan?
cPanel and a free SSL certificate. Starter includes 1 website, 10 GB storage, and 1 email mailbox. Business includes 5 websites, 25 GB, 5 mailboxes, and backups. Pro includes unlimited websites on fair use, 50 GB, unlimited email, backups, and priority support.
What does “unlimited (fair use)” mean on Pro?
Pro is for people who run several real sites — client work, a shop plus a blog, a few landing pages — not for parking thousands of unused domains. If a Pro account is used as a bulk parking farm, we will ask you to split or upgrade the setup.
Do you publish awards, uptime percentages, or a company registration number?
No. We would rather list the plan limits in rupees than decorate the page with badges we have not earned or numbers we cannot stand behind.
How do backups work?
Automated backups are included on Business and Pro. Starter does not include backups — export anything important yourself, or move up a plan if you want them handled for you.
Can I move from Starter to Business or Pro later?
Yes. Write to us with the account you already have. We will confirm the new plan and the remaining time on your current billing cycle before anything changes.
